In plain words
We keep what SpeakCoach needs to work: who you are, the words of your practice calls, and the scores and feedback on them.
We never keep call audio or camera images, and there are no ads or tracking.
What we keep
- Your name, email and photo from your Google account
- Access requests, when someone asks to join a team
- Transcripts of your practice calls
- Your scores and feedback
- Team activity, such as assignments and coaching notes
- If your camera is on, a short text note about body language. Never the image itself.
What we never keep
Call audio, camera images and payment card numbers. There are no ads and no tracking on the site or in the app.
Who sees it
You do. Your team leader can see the calls you make on your team’s scenarios. Your personal practice stays private.
Your company’s scenarios, playbooks and results belong to your company.
Where it lives
With trusted cloud providers: Vercel, Cloudflare, Neon and Google. Data is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. To have it deleted, email a.awasthi@wisdora.com. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
